Returns and right of withdrawal

You have the right to return any purchased product within 14 days of delivery.

Please notify us by sending an email to wholesale@anticasartoriapositano.it , and we will respond with specific and detailed instructions on how to return the purchased items. Please wait for our response before sending back the products.

 

The products must be returned intact , unused, unwashed or unstained, with all the original labels and barcode tags attached, in the original packaging.

 

The refund will be issued, with no additional fees, using the same payment method used for the initial transaction, unless the Customer has expressly agreed otherwise. Items returned with signs of wear or delivered to our logistics outside the 14-day period will be sent back to the original address. The shipment, until the confirmation of receipt at our warehouse, is under the complete responsibility of the Customer.
